Tommy M. Cooley

Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Cooley is an entrepreneur with several successful businesses located in the Panhandle of Florida, including Cooley Management Company, Credit Bureau of Fort Walton Beach, and Assurance Healthcare. His enterprises have included restaurants, hotels and retail establishments. From 1985 to 1997, he served as Chairman of the Board of Florida First. Subsequent to the sale of Florida First to Regions Financial, he served as an advisory director to Regions. Mr. Cooley is a lifelong resident of Bay County and has held numerous leadership roles in civic, governmental and philanthropic organizations. Among those positions, he is past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Bay Medical Center and served as past president of the Bay County Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Cooley served as a Bay County Commissioner for four years.
