Amanda Jowers has been part of the Summit Bank team since 2008 as a Private Banker, and in 2013, advanced to her current role as Financial Advisor for Summit Investment Services. During her 20-year banking career, Jowers managed a loan portfolio in excess of $30 million, and has held the title of Top Residential Loan Production Officer for Bay County in 2002, 2003, and 2004.
Jowers earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing from Auburn University, and a Master of Business Administration from Florida State University. She is an active member of the Junior Service League of Panama City, and a graduate of the Bay County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Bay Class of 2008.
As a teen, Jowers was a principal (full member) in the Montgomery Ballet and dazzled audiences with her performance as “Clara”, the lead dancer in The Nutcracker. She spent her summers visiting the Florida Panhandle, and since moving here, has found that life in the Sunshine State suits her. She and her husband spend their weekends supporting their kids’ athletic activities. She also enjoys fitting in a recreational run, by participating in local 10K races.
