Andrew W. Stein
President and Chief Executive Officer and Director of Summit Bank, N. A. and Summit Financial Enterprises, Inc. Mr. Stein was Regional President of Regions until April 2007. During his 11 years with Regions, he held positions of increasing responsibility, including market President for Bay and Walton Counties, Group President for the Panhandle of Florida and Regional President for Alabama and the Florida Panhandle. From 1989 to 1997, he served as President and CEO of Florida First Bancorp, Inc., headquartered in Panama City, Florida. Florida First merged with Regions in 1997 and he continued his employment with Regions. Prior to being President and CEO of Florida First, Mr. Stein held several positions of increasing responsibility with banks including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Lending Officer and Branch Administrator. He has a Masters degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant (license inactive).
