As part of our commitment to remain on the cutting edge of banking technology, we are pleased to announce an Online Banking software upgrade in preparation for enhanced mobile banking services, coming this summer.

To position ourselves for this technology, we are investing in a system upgrade that will allow us to continue providing exceptional private banking service with even better security.

The Conversion Period to our new system begins at 12:00 Noon CST on Tuesday, March 19, 2013, and will be completed by 8:00 a.m. CST on Wednesday, March 20, 2013.

What this means for you:

You will experience a brief period (less than 24 hours) during the Conversion Period in which some internet banking services will not be available.

  • Online Bill Pay – The cutoff hour for Bill Pay transactions will be Tuesday, March 19 at 12:00 Noon CST. After this cutoff hour, the Bill Pay system will be unavailable until Wednesday, March 20 at 8:00a.m. CST.

  • All Other Online Banking Transactions – The cutoff hour for all Online Banking transactions (except Online Bill Pay) will be Tuesday, March 19 at 5:00 p.m. CST. After this cutoff hour, the Online Banking system will be unavailable until Wednesday, March 20 at 8:00 a.m. CST.

  • User ID’s and Passwords – We are happy to report there will be No Change in User ID’s and Passwords.

One of the benefits of our new internet banking software is the enhanced security features it offers. The confidentiality of your information and the protection against fraud will be even stronger.
We apologize for any inconvenience you experience during the Conversion Period, but believe the enhancements you will enjoy afterwards are well worth it.
