Since 2002, Dr. Pedone has served as Interventional Cardiologist with the Okaloosa Heart and Vascular Center, servicing all Okaloosa County hospitals and four offices in the community. He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC), American College of Physicians (FACP), and the Society of Angiology and Interventions (FSCAI).
Dr. Pedone completed training for the Transradial Approach for Coronary Angiography and Intervention in June, 2012. In addition, he has completed a six month fellowship in Nuclear Cardiology and is board-certified in Cardiovascular Diseases, Interventional Cardiology and Cardiac Rhythm Device Therapy (CCDS).
Dr. Pedone achieved board certification in cardiology in 1991 following a three year fellowship training at Ochsner Medical Institution. He practiced Internal Medicine for six years in Convington, La., following completion of his degree from Louisiana State University (LSU).
Dr. Pedone is a graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans, graduating Phi Beta Kappa with honors. He attended St. Paul’s high school in Covington, La.
