As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Accredited Asset Management Specialist?, Amanda Jowers is focused on helping our clients achieve their financial goals through planning and asset management. Jowers has been part of the Summit Bank team since 2008 as a Private Banker, and in 2013, advanced to her current role as Vice President and Financial Advisor for Summit Investment Services. During her 20-year professional career, Jowers accomplishments include managing a large commercial loan portfolio, and achieving recognition multiple years as the Top Residential Loan Production Officer for Bay County.
Jowers earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing from Auburn University, and a Master of Business Administration from Florida State University. In 2015, she earned the designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. She is an active member of the Junior Service League of Panama City, and a graduate of the Bay County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Bay Class of 2008.
As a teen, Jowers was a principal (full member) in the Montgomery Ballet and was awarded the role of "Clara", the lead dancer in The Nutcracker. Growing up, her family traditionally spent the week of July fourth in Panama City Beach, and since moving here, she has found that life in the Sunshine State suits her. She and her husband, Jason, spend their weekends supporting their son in baseball and golf, and their daughter in competitive gymnastics. She also enjoys fitting in a recreational run.
